  • The office staff is so bad that the maintenance call them rookie bitches behind their backs and all of them have quit in the 6 months I've been here.. ....i'm breaking my lease due to the harassment they cause and funny thing is they're changing the name to SANCTUARY ...this place is awful someone always has the gate proped open so anyone can get in and when I called the cops from my apartment being broken into the office manager Sky screamed at me. Monique---The only one office lady that's actual nice and knows what she's doing. I had a horrible experience living at Anzio. The water was consistently shut off on a weekly basis; I could make a binder out of all the "Water Shut Off" notices I received. I had a bitch of a neighbor below me that would scream at me for no reason at all. She said I weighed "500 pounds" and would constantly report me, even on weekends. One Saturday night, it was 7:45 PM and she came storming out, cussing out me & my friend for being loud. Of course, management did not help at all with this. I received constant letters of complaints. I even received a false complaint which I felt was in retaliation: they said I was leaving dog droppings outside my door and accused me of not picking up after my pet. I like many others have been forced to move out due to the stress they caused. It's an apartment YOURE GOING TO HEAR SOME NOISE
