UNPROFESSIONAL is the bottom line. They are all about their money and don't care about you. If there is any sort of billing error or issue with your money, don't plan on getting your money back. I will never invest in OTF again and wouldn't recommend to anyone. I actually had the general manager arguing with me, saying "I never said that!" when my credit card was automatically charged and I was told I would get the credit back. Unprofessional. Oh, and don't bother going to the regional manager. He won't get back to you. Invest your money in a personal trainer who will actually appreciate your business. Again, OTF does not care about you.
Just to put it into perspective- It's funny because my yoga studio has caught two billing errors and contacted me about them before I even saw the charges not to mention I signed up for a $120 membership and the next day was told I was going to get my membership for $99 because they previously had a sale. Good customer service vs. bad customer service.
