An update is definitely in order for this review. While my mower isn't working (let's be honest, it's December and I'm not using it anymore anyway), the owner of Giaco's wrote an extremely heartfelt letter to me apologizing for my experience. That is something you know only someone who cares about local business and who cares about their trade would do. I also received a full refund for my service, something I would never have expected, but appreciate more than they know. You'd never receive this sort of service from a large chain, and this alone is enough to completely change my perception of Giaco's. Reasons like this are why small business are so important to our community, and I'm more than willing to support that!
