  • California Pools used to be a great company. My first two pools were built by them. Now, there seems to be a great disconnect in communication between departments. My salesman (or designer, as they call him) gave me timelines that are not being followed, he designed plans that the construction manager doesn't approve of, and my my pool that is supposed to be complete in about 4 weeks, hasn't even been started. Not sure what's going on there, but the owner needs to make some improvements to make sure everyone is on the same page.
