I came to this restaurant with hubby on last visit to Vegas before. Chef Sato wasn't there but his wife was nice enough to keep us warm and happy during our visit. It was quiet on a Saturday night and we wondered what happened to the place. Maybe because the Chef wasn't there and they know to visit only when he's there? Not sure. Chef's wife is a nice lady. We ordered our favorite mussels, crispy rice rolls, a bento box and sashimi. Sashimi is just OK here, maybe because the master Chef wasn't there *:\ but our cooked appetizers were delicious! Our waitress for the night is Reiko, a happy/friendly waitress. The restaurant seems to cover the front part of it. I think it's better to leave the blind open to attract more people. Overall experience = happy! *:)
