| - This place is 1 mile away from my temporary place of residence and it's dangerous. The first time I went here, I decided on the Bulgogi Hot Dog...and surprise surprise, it was good, flavorful and bulgogiful. I thought it was just an amazing hot dog, the beef was tender and the bulgogi had a good sauce to complement it....no ketchup or mustard needed.
The second time I went here, I got the bulgogi burger. And this burger rivaled the best burger I've had in my life - which was from San Tan Brewery in Gilbert, AZ. It was definitely on par with that other buger. It was just so good from the first bite to the last. There's only so many words to describe this burger so my only recommendation is if you are going to try one item, I truly believe that it should be the Bulgogi Buger. There is another item called the Buldogi burger which is apparently more bland and has no bulgogi, so make sure you don't get confused.
The third time I went here, I was severely disappointed. The chef was teaching a new employee how to make a Bulgogi Burger and I feel that my burger was overcooked. I was not just let down, I was "oh hey your dad said he was going to take you the baseball game tonight, but then you found out he's taking your new stepmother instead" let down. It tasted kind of the same, but I could really tell the difference. I dont mind if you're teaching a new person to cook, but just don't make it at my own expense. However poor this third experience was, I find that it would be unfair for me to downgrade the amazingness of the first two visits.
If you're in the area, or near the area, or have a hankering for a bulgogi burger no matter where you might be - this has to be on your list of must stop food places.
