The first time my mom and I stopped in for pedicures, there was a 45 minute wait so we decided to go somewhere else. For compensation they gave each of us a coupon to come back so we decided to try it again. This time, we made an appointment and brought a friend. Although we were seated right away, it took 25 minutes for 2 of the 3 of us to be serviced. It took an additional 10 minutes for the last one. We had other plans which is why we made an appointment... They joked a couple times throughout the service about us having to be there 2 hours but it wasn't really appreciated since we did have other places to be.
While the water was filling up, no one was paying attention, it almost over flowed and it was too hot to put our feet in. One of the staff finally noticed and quickly shut the water off and went back to the pedicure she was working on. A few minutes later the front desk girl came and finally acknowledged the water was too hot but didn't know how to fix it. The staff worker who shut the water off came back over and tried to drain some of the water to add some cool water and ripped the plastic bag in the process. When we left, we noticed that one of the chairs close to the door had also overflowed and water was about 3 chairs down from there.
Once my pedicure was finished, I quickly left to move on with the day and get to our other, now delayed plans but I should have checked their work before. When I took a closer look I realized it was the worst paint job I have ever received. I could have done a better job myself. My left foot looked ok but the right was a mess. I'm extremely disappointed and will not be going back. I'll add the photo of my pink nails.
On a positive note, their chairs were great but it wont be enough to get me back. They only let us use one coupon because we all paid together but we wont be using the other.
