There is nothing quite as nagging as receiving a one star review for your business. I know this harsh fact well, therefore, I always give deep consideration before writing a one star review.
So here goes:
Elizabeth would not honor the $65 gift card I was given for my birthday in October of 2012. She stated my gift card was not valid because it was over a year old, yet this is not stated anywhere on my gift card nor the business card. You see, I had a baby two years ago so getting a massage or any other healing service was a treat for which I did not have time. All of you new mommies out there know what I mean. Sometimes, it takes a year to do something nice for yourself.
My favorite part was that Elizabeth said it was impossible for me to have this card because she stopped selling gift cards a year ago. So I sent her a photo (the card was purchased over a year ago). Then, she had the audacity to tell me if I could provide a receipt - from a gift I was given a year ago - she would honor the services. As if I would ever want to receive any type of healing service from a person that called me a liar.
I hope that $65 has served you well, Elizabeth. You totally ripped off my mom. All she wanted to do was get a nice gift for me, as a new mother myself. You took her money without any exchange for service. My experience with you makes me believe you are a bad person.
