  • There are not enough words to explain how happy I am with this company for managing my property. I was a completely hard-luck case. I own a townhouse in Las Vegas. After I moved from Las Vegas, I've been renting it. To my misfortune, my previous property management company didn't take the care to follow up on it, and after an eviction of a tenant, it was leveled by squatters. The home was unlivable. And I couldn't get them to help. I started looking for new property management companies that could assist me with getting it cleaned up, and I stumbled upon Orange Realty. After a couple of calls with Austin, he helped me come up with a game plan to get the property turned around, secured, and ready for rent. To my amazement, he got the contractor set up and the process underway within a couple of weeks of our first chat, and even with the hiccups the townhouse was ready to rent 6 weeks later. This has been an expensive and painful process for me, but knowing Austin was there to help me get through it made all the difference. Like me, he is experienced in project management and knows exactly when to follow up and make sure you know what's going on. If you're stuck, give him a call.
