  • Being friends with a couple realtors I have heard about lenders dropping the ball on deals and extending the process because of oversights. Having heard this multiple times I was really skeptical of what lender in town to use. I was referred by a friend who just raved about how good Tim and his team were. I fully endorse that statement. Up front they let you know the outline of the process and also prepare you for what your personal financial capabilities may be despite your own personal thoughts. They are realistic and don't mislead you whatsoever. That is greatly appreciated so you don't get your mind set on a property just to find out later it's not exactly possible. Prompt, friendly, and even had all my documents done and finalized over 2 weeks prior to my closing date. Great lender and team I will refer Tim to anyone needing a lender.
