  • Jobot..you have good food and a fun upbeat atmosphere...but your employees are so painfully unfriendly. This opinion is not off a single experience. My husband and I live in the neighborhood and we say the same thing every time we stop in. It's unusual for Arizona too. Usually coffee shops offer a really friendly environment..but not jobot. Your employees are short and unapproachable. When I brought up the cream container stating it was empty I was simply handed the half and half carton no thank you..no helping a hand to fill it. Unfortunately a vibe of a place is so heavily reliant on the mood and attitude of those that work there. We want to love jobot but so far we haven't been convinced.
