| - If no star is an option, I would give that to Bank of China (Canada).
The entire bank is so behind with technology, customer service and basic understanding of the Canadian banking system.
1) You need to obtain a paper slip with a number and wait to be called by an extremely annoying computer (announcing in Cantonese, Mandarin and English), each and every number. 50% of the customers there does not have a clue you need to do that first
2) Calculator and pen are their main tools, yes they calculate exchange rate with their handheld calculator, be sure they don't make a mistake
3) I speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin, yet I still don't understand what they're trying to tell me each time I need to go there, I doubt the employees there even have a clue themselves as to what they're doing
4) Don't bother going to another branch, their extremely bad customer service is perfectly consistent across branches
In conclusion, if you don't have to go here don't go, try Western Union at Walmart if you just want to wire money, try those mom/pop shop at a mall if you just want to get RMB.
