  • WARNING! Do not take your sewing machine to this store for service. 51st and Northern, Glendale AZ 623-937-2293. I will also inform Joanns of this issue. I sent in my machine one year ago through Jo-Ann's fabric store for a bobbin casing issue it was repaired for $130. 9 months later I sent the machine in for the same issue. another $130. within three months I had to send it in again and Joanne's recommended I go to the store because they will make good on their product since this was the third time since it was less than 60 days. the manager said there's nothing they can do to fix it. they can't refund any of my money, they're not willing to do any trade in, or make any amends with this issue at all. SHAME ON THEM!! Wasted $$ and service. Please share to spare anyone else this lack of service.
