rev:text	This place is terrible! Zero stars is awarded. I have gone to front office "in an apartment because they destroyed the perfect offices they had", talked to maintenance "you need to talk to office to get a work order", written to parent company "to no avail", all with no fulfillment. We just want the puke and dog piss cleaned up from hallways, not a hard thing to do right? 7 weeks I have been asking, but they sure will have a fancy new office for their staff. Clean the damn place! Plus rent went up but no clubhouse, gym is gone, grills are out of order and now we cant use the pool, tennants were told we can go to sister complex 10 minutes away to use their amenities, hope those tennants were warned...wow! Get your act together! As you can see by the pictures the The Reserve shared, this place was beautiful, coulda saved the renovation money and paid for maintenance to maybe, I dont know, MAINTAIN the grounds? 5/24 Here it goes again! Now I VOLUNTARILY want to give them money for a reserved parking spot, WHY? Because if you dont get back from your second job to afford this place, you are going to end up parking on the street and jumping a fence to get into your apartment. Dont even try, I have been here for two years now, and sadly was forced into a position where I needed to sign the lease here again. What a joke, negative stars for this junkyard apartment. Pool is still unavailable "DURING POOL SEASON", no gym, no clubhouse, park on the street...sound luxury to you? It is also very interesting that when problems are asked to be taken care of, they wont go the distance to help, but when there is a positive review "hardly any" they jump up and are attention quickly! Check all the reviews and see who they reply to...its definitely NOT the people that are asking to get things fixed. They are just sitting back and stroking the pocketbooks.
