  • Best service I have ever received when purchasing a mattress. Or pretty much anything. My story: I mistakenly went to the competitors "Best Mattess" down the road on Charleston Boulevard first. I bought the most expensive mattress hoping it would help improve my chronic back pain ( cause by scoliosis) and acute insomnia. The employees at Best Mattress told me "you get what you pay for" and in this desperate attempt to improve my sleep and back pain -I believe them. I ended up purchasing the first and only mattress that I tested at the store. The mattress I was sold actually made my back pain worse and did not improve my insomnia in the least bit. I took it back to weeks later. Then I went into Mattress Firm (196 N Nellis Blvd) and was immediately greeted by employees Jay and Allan. They asked me all kinds of questions about my current mattress, sleeping schedule, and scoliosis. I felt as though they were looking to solve my problem not just sell me a mattress. They had me test out multiple mattresses to find the right one for me. The knowledge of their products was incredible compared to Best Mattress. Without question, I ended up purchasing the Beautyrest Black Hybrid. I was confident in the money that I was spending because Jay and Allan compare prices with me and insured that I was getting the best value for this product. I left there feeling satisfied that my mattress would ensure a good night sleep. a month later, I have yet to wake up in the middle of the night and have seen a vast improvement in my daily life because of my new mattress. I have more energy and less back pain. I cannot thank them enough for being passionate about their job and their customers. Writing this yelp was the least I could do. I encourage everyone to purchase their next mattress from here and ask for Jay and Allan.
