  • Despite not having success getting a new key for our car, Gabriel went out of his way to try his best. Called Lockaid on my list to get quotes for a new transponder key, and he gave me a quote and mentioned that he would price match the lowest as well. Called a few more and he was still the lowest, so we went with him. He was at our apartment in about 20 minutes and immediately started working. Estimated about 40 minutes and call us when ready. Hour went by and said that it was more difficult because the programming wasn't going as planned and needed more time. 2.5 hours later there was no success. Apparently the car had an after dealer alarm therefore it wasn't working. Despite his efforts he was helpful and did try his best. If I do have another hiccup with my other car, I'll definitely go with him.
