Not quite sure how this place gets a 5 star rating. Not very impressed. Patio furniture very old and worn out rusted and dangerous. I was laying on the louge chair when the back broke off and about went thru the window. I could have been seriously injured. It took me 7 attempts to get anyone to even answer the front desk phone. This is also the second day the sprinklers came on a soaked down the furniture leaving most of it not able to use. When first checking in I had to argue with the restaurant hostess at Prado to be seated because I just checked it and it was 9:20 and the restaurant stops serving at 10pm. I am from Las Vegas so Mayne I am spoiled but don't call yourself a 5 star hotel when you clearly don't act like one.
