  • Honestly, I have NEVER been to a topical smoothie with quick service. Every single location I have been to has terrible long waits due to their shortness of staff. I went here the other day on a Saturday afternoon, only a couple other customers in the cafe waiting for their drinks. There was only one guy working at the time, and as I entered he let me know that it will be a bit of a wait. I said that was fine and I began to wait. 10 minutes later, I decided to leave. The sad thing... I knew it would be like this before I entered. Every single tropical smoothie I have been to have been CRAZY long waits. When they're not busy. I feel bad for the workers here, they are so under staffed and I know it's not their fault. Please hire more people because you're losing business!
