  • Shockingly bad experience. Service was terrible the whole evening and when members of our party commented on the bad service and asked for better, they were kicked out. In fact, I think there was even a bizarre threat that the whole group would be kicked out. It seemed like a juvenile response to a reasonable complaint. We were there for a 40th birthday party and probably would have spent a lot of money, but no one was drinking because service was hard to come by. Though the setting is beautiful, there are better places in Charlotte with more respectful/more attentive service. Skip this one.
