  • One word to best describe Tim and his service.......A-MAY-ZING!!!! I called Tim because I needed to get kitchen window replaced ASAP. I called and he answered, he came over and removed the broken window got it measured and told me it would take one day to get the window made because I have a double pane glass. He helped me board up my window with ply wood so that it was secure and safe until he could get back the next day. I asked Tim about what time the next day he said he would call me at 4:00pm. Well he called at 3:00pm to tell me he was on his way with the window!!! I was so happy, he new I was in a rush and needed get this problem taken care of... He had already prepped the window the day before so it was ready for him to install the new window as soon as he got here. It probably took him 1/2 hr to install it and he was done. I am so happy the window matches perfect and it looks great. What can I say except call Tim and don't look back! His service is first rate, he is a super nice guy, and he does what he says he is going to do! You can ask him questions and he is up front with everything.
