Place was great when I went in for my fitting. Like the best experience I've ever had trying on a dress. Lindsay was fantastic, didn't even care when I tried on one dress like 3 times. They took great care and I even found my dream dress. I had other fittings that day and said I would be back after.
So I decide on dream dress and come back. But Lindsay has gone home for the day. Not even sure the girls name who helped me, but I use the term " helped" loosely. She pulled the dress out and doesn't even unzip the bag and asks how I'd like to pay. Well first I'd like to see it and Lindsay had left a note saying I'd want to try it on. This girl rolled her eyes and didn't even offer to help. Me and my maid of honor struggled to get the dress on and she even had to clamp me herself as the girl stood and watched us. I noticed it was missing a piece of the built in corset, so it didn't fit all that well. I asked why that piece was missing and the girl just told me that's how it comes. So the dress wouldn't fit as well and would be missing a key piece. I asked the girl if there was somewhere I could buy the piece, again I didn't get much response. Then even annoyed I decided I still loved the dress. The girl then told me since it was discounted I'd have to pay it all up front. My jaw almost hit the floor, for an expensive dress that didn't fit that she wasn't offering any help to try on?
Forget it.
I walked out upset and without the dress. My wedding was out of state so I couldn't come back in to try it on another day. And even if I could have why would I waste the time?
To be fair the owner did offer a payment plan over the phone half an hour later, but the damage was already done.So disappointed because it started off as one of the best experiences I've ever had and ended in tears. Hope they hire more Lindsays to replace whoever "helped" me.
