I am not a patient and will not become one. I called to make a new patient appointment and the first lady to answer the phone was pleasant but I had to call again to finish setting up the appointment and was transferred to the scheduler to leave a message because she was busy. I left the scheduler a message and two days later she didn't call. I went ahead and called them on day 2 and the person to answer the phone had a rude tone. I mentioned that I had left a message and didn't receive a call back and she was dismissive, she proceeded to help me set up the appointment but I got tired of the attitude she was giving me. I won't give this office a chance, if this is how they treat prospective patients, I can only imagine how they will treat me once I am there. It pains me that sometimes you have to miss out on a great doctor because of their administrative staff. I wish I could understand why a doctor would keep unpleasant and inefficient people like this working for them and ruining their business. It's not a good deal for the doctor that misses out on the business or the patient that misses out on a good doctor. Please front staff, if you don't like your job, find another one and let us prospect patients get through the bridge.
