  • So the pricing and value is attractive. Maybe slightly into the range I should have been able to know a bit more more of what I was signing up for. **this May sound negative but for the record I have been and will remain a customer****The end product is solid.... but I've had a few items come back that suggest it's a volume house not a special attention house. A necktie came back with a big chemical stain on it, one shirt cane back with a rip in an unusual spot by the shoulder, one shirt came back with TWO buttons smashed with a little piece hanging on. Indicative of maybe working as quickly as possible. That being said. I have probably had 150 or so total individual garments cleaned (repeatedly of course) by this venture since I began 7 months ago. The vast majority are perfectly fine if now great work. I just found the "types" of things I experienced could be a good description of what you're signing up for. Calculated risk.... great service value
