  • I've been going to Ulta for the hair salon. In spite of a remodel last year - the salon and retail store seem to have gone downhill. Today at 10 - I entered the store to trash on the floor in the main aisle. At the salon I went into the restroom to put on a smock. The floors were terribly dirty with toilet paper everywhere on the floor, an empty TP cardboard on the floor in one stall, a chunk of someone's dark, cut hair on the floor and a rubber band. There was a roll of paper towels on the very wet counter - looking soggy and unusable. I used the hand dryer. I was to be there for 2 + hours, requested a bottled water and was told they were out (at 10 a.m.). As I waited for my color to come up - I viewed six salon employees chatting amongst themselves - no one doing any thing but chatting. When I left 2 hours and fifteen minutes later - still no water offered even though when I related my experience to the customer service person I was told they now had water. Salon prices w/o a salon experience or amenities. I will rethink my next hair appointment. "Three year Customer - disgruntled"
