  • Worst JW Marriott experience. This hotel double chargers ur credit cards. I held me reservation 4 months ago with one credit card, checked in with another credit card and both my cards got charged. I now have over $1200 charges on my accounts for my two day stay. I called the front office and they said one charge would be released 3-4 days after u check out. Hotel smells rotten, it's filled with green algae. The pool is ice cold. They have a burned down building next to the pool that just had an electrical fire. Restaurants- the cafe takes 38 minutes to serve u food. Slot machines- say good bye to your money, these machines pay zero returns. Overall, I hated staying at this Marriott.
