  • May 4, 2016 First let me start with I've been using this app now for at least a year and have really appreciated every ones reviews. since it's all your reviews is how I choose the businesses to use and who to stay away from. So thank you all for your input. But until now I had never wrote a review. This company propelled me to write my first review. Hopefully it will spare someone the hassle. With that being said. that is how I chose this company to install my new system. This one had good reviews. So as you could probably imagine how surprised I was to see how completely different my experiences turned out. Not just once but three times. At first I just thought it just wasn't a good day for the guy that did the install. I had purchased a stereo not from them but my husband purchased speakers from them and to install both the unit and the speakers. As a birthday present for me. He asked them to please leave the units they removed in the vehicle. But after they completed the install. Only the old stereo was left in the vehicle. I had to return the car the next day because they forgot to reconect the a/c. At that time I asked them why I was unable to receive a clear radio station and to please show me how to connect the Internet and bluetooth. His response about the radio stations was that I had to purchase a new antenna. When the radio worked fine prior. Then he tryed to connect the Bluetooth, then told me he didnt know why it would continue to disconnect. As for the Internet feature he said he just didn't know how. A week later I had spoke to the manufacture of the stereo and was informed that as long as all the icons are flashing and the radio can not pick up a signal, that the unit was not properly installed. when I again returned to them and explained what I was told, His response was that the manufactor was wrong and that the unit I purchased was a piece of crap. And they always have to replace them. They did install it correctly. But made no effort to even look at my vehicle. The only thing that he did not set up was the Internet portion of the unit since he was not sure how. Mind you I had paid $380.00 for what he called a piece of crap. And my husband paid them for new speakers and for the install. And to be perfectly honest I couldn't tell if the speakers were ever even installed since I can't even get a clear radio station. We are very dissatisfied with the way they handled this matter. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I couldn't help but feel that he was bitching about me in Spanish to his coworker/ employer right in front of me. I'm not telling anyone not to shop with them. Only to be aware of other customers experiences. Be informed. Enter at your own risk. Mrs. Angeleve Cook
