  • This is the best honey ever. The quart jar is so heavy because the honey isn't filtered. Honey loves to be warm and it will crystallize right away in cooler temperatures. If you have had honey in your cupboard for 6 months and it's not crystallized, it's not honey. This is the real deal. They also have pollen and it is great sprinkled on anything from cereal to salad.
