  • I've stopped going here and am now taking my cats to Just Cats on Mayfield and my dog to Mandel Veterinary Hospital on South Taylor. The reason is because they were very impatient with our cats. We even had one tech toss a syringe, and throw up his hands when he was unsuccessful at getting blood from my cat. I nearly cried. I left without saying anything (feeling it was our fault maybe?) but called to tell them I no longer wanted him to work with my pets. I should have learned but I still came back, then another vet was also unable to get blood from my cat. They made me feel like I had an difficult cat, and I couldn't believe it! I have since been taking this very cat to Just Cats and they have had ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS with my cat. I'm sorry to post a negative review as I was once a fan of this establishment but I don't think they did a good job with my cat at all!
