  • I've been here twice to thread my eyebrows because I was in the area. The customer service is inconsistent and I felt judged as both times I came with a backpack and my school supplies. Eyebrows were okay but I wish the lady would suggest shapes for me rather than ask me what I want to do...she's supposed to be the expert. Also, it was very rushed although there were no customers after me. I ended up going home and realized my face still had eyebrow hair all over my face. Update: My friend said this was a sassy review. I agree. #kjames
