  • My wife and I recently purchased a used vehicle here. The process was painless. It actually took longer than usual just because we had a great time having a conversation with Cleon and the other sales staff. They have a haggle-free system here unfortunately but their prices are already way below the average for the vehicles (at least ours was). They go above and beyond to make sure that you're completely satisfied. Just ask and they'll try their best to toss in whatever they can in the deal. I had to come back since the smog certificate expired before I could register the car. They re-did the smog and even gas'd up my vehicle to make up for any inconvenience. They also have a pretty cozy waiting area even though the dealership is smaller than some of the other huge dealerships in town like Carmax. I'm not a fan of Buick but I'd definitely come back here if they had another used vehicle that caught my eye.
