  • This has always been one of my favorite hotels as far as luxury, beauty and offerings goes. I love shopping at Bellagio and dining there. Gaming has never been very lucrative but it's nice to stroll through and their water show is spectacular. I have been an M-Life card member since 2007 and have visited LV and this hotel as well as many others in the M Life group multiple times. This was the first time I have really been to LV with a child. My spouse and I were in line at the M Life desk with our child to redeem comps we had earned with the Bellagio. The woman at the desk was very rude to us about our child being on the "gaming floor". My child was NOT on the gaming floor or near any tables or machines. In LV the carpets are generally well marked as gaming floor and pedestrian traffic. We were definitely not on the gaming floor. She told us we needed to leave and we explained to her we were in line to redeem comps at her desk. She still insisted we leave. My spouse went up to the desk to talk to her. I told her we were not on the gaming floor and she called security on me! I've never been treated so rudely at a casino or hotel or anywhere in the hospitality industry, ever!! She finally agreed to let my spouse bring my ID to her and redeem my comps for me. While I was getting my ID out to hand to him another person came by and told me I couldn't stand there. I explained to him what I was doing and he was rude also. I was really disappointed with the way they treat rewards members there. There was NO reason to be so rude. They could have informed us kindly or inquired as to why we were standing there but they didn't. All casinos have the same rules in LV but none were rude to us or to any other families that we witnessed there. The buffet at Bellagio is amazing and well worth the money if you're going to splurge for a $25+ meal. They offer Gluten-free options and have a variety of food for both vegetarians as well as others. The service staff was kind though not overly-friendly. I would definitely dine here again but really don't want to deal with the staff at this establishment. The shops at Bellagio are among the most well known with many of my favorite stores..Prada, Gucci, Burberry, etc. The conservatory is always a beautiful display of unique art made of nature.
