Worst car dealership I've ever dealt with. Horrible customer service.
I called the service department on Wednesday about a recall on my 2014 fiesta. The lady I spoke to told me that since I didn't have the vin number handy that she couldn't do anything for me so I called back on Thursday, speaking to the same lady, with my vin number and she told me that I would get a call within a day or two to make an appointment. I had asked to make one anyways just in case my issue wasn't the same as the recall and she said I couldn't do that. Once Tuesday comes around, i still haven't received a call from anyone, so I called and asked if there was any update. The lady then tells me that she can't find anything under my name. I then proceed to get frustrated, explaining that this is the 3rd time I've called and then asked for a manager. I get put on hold then she picks up the phone again and tells me that one of the service guys was suppose to call me and didn't. She says "I'll transfer you to Dave who was suppose to call you". Dave answers and I ask for a manager AGAIN and he makes it seem like he's he manager so I ask "are you the manager" and he says "well how can I help you?"
They don't care about their customers or trying to keep people coming back. I've never had a good experience here. It's like pulling teeth to try and get any information. I strongly suggest checking out Carlife for any repairs or check ups.
