  • Definitely 5 stars!! I took my bike in for service at 3:30 on a Wednesday, and they promised to have it back to me by 3:00 that Friday (2 days). I was good with that. But they called at 6:00 that same Wednesday night, & said everything was done!!!! I've never had service that fast. I had purchased a used bike, so they gave it an overall tune-up; plus they installed a couple of new accessories for me - a rearview mirror, a new kickstand, and a basket. Will go back to them for the same service when my husband picks up his used bike. Thanks guys!!!!
