When I first found this car wash, it was great for the price and quality. Not really convenient for living out in Henderson, but we were in the area and the SUV needed a wash desperately. The SUV came out really clean. So I came back with my new car, was great at washing my new car. So I signed up for the monthly plan for all the cars in the household. Sadly after that and for 2 months, my new car kept getting damaged on the front bumper every time my car came thru. I told the attendant the first time and they gave me a form to fill out. Didn't hear back from anyone for about 2 weeks. I found the corporate number, not much help there. They gave me the voicemail for the Regional Manager. By this time I had completed a road trip, so the car needed a wash. Went back and my bumper was damaged again. This time the regional manager was there. He was positive that it was not his equipment and it was my driving that did this damage. So I continued to use the wash 2 more times and still had damage occur on my bumper. After the last wash, I canceled all memberships for all 3 of the cars in the household. I was looking at my bank when I was paying bills and they charged me for another month after I had canceled in their established guidelines for canceling. So I contacted them to inquire why I was still being charged when I canceled everything. They claimed I only canceled 2 of 3 cars. Sadly they can not read either, as I explicitly wrote to cancel all memberships as I do not have the sticker numbers with me. After a week, they finally told me they would mail a refund check. Sadly that never came, surprise surprise. So I had no option but to call up my bank and to have the Fraud Dept deal with this matter. I did get the refund after a few moths and have never returned to either location with any of the cars in the house.
