The food is good enough but it's really not very Russian. Sure they have vodka, and caviar, and a lot of salmon themed things...but where is the borscht? Or Sturgeon? Or non-meaty dumplings?
I'm no Russian food expert but this feels to me more like an American's view of Russian food...or a not-so-adventurous American's attempt to try Russian cuisine. I suppose I should have perhaps tried the vodka but was traveling with my non-drinking wife and son so was not really a huge priority
None of this is to say that the food was bad; we enjoyed the Siberian nachos (salmon on wonton), the mushrooms, and the salmon "pizza". My chicken Kiev was also pretty decent. So it's good food, just don't come expecting a fully authentic Russian experience. The service was also quite nice.
