  • Would give zero stars after today's experience if I could. Absolutely horrendous and after paying $43 for my acrylic fill and toe polish change, I am fully prepared to go elsewhere and have this mess cleaned up and fixed in a few days. Once my nails grow out a little (the owner cut them so low my cuticles are showing behind my nails). Had an apt for 1130 and they didn't start on me until noon. Continued making me wait asking if I had anything to do today so they didn't feel as bad about continuing to take people in front of me. The owner was unprofessional and sloppy. See pictures attached. My nails are uneven, thick and goopy and I'm honestly just appalled with the entire experience. I have no idea what's going on. They are under staffed and over booked this weekend. STOP MAKING APPOINTMENTS THEN. I will never, ever be back nor would I recommend it. Funny how I've always had great service but this time completely ruined it for me. Go somewhere else.
