  • We have been to Baku twice and both times have been blown away. This is the BEST sushi in Charlotte - hands down! The quality of the fish is unreal, but the creativity takes it up multiple notches. This is now our favorite date night spot. The salmon belly sashimi has such amazing flavor that we start and END with it. I want the flavors to linger in my mouth and mind until we get to visit again. Sit at the sushi bar, the chefs are great and will help customize dishes. I'm allergic to shellfish and my husband isn't so they customized a roll to have half with and half without. No other sushi restaurant has ever done that. Can't wait until our next visit.
