rev:text	I just happened to call Blue Chip Auto glass to have my windshield replaced last week due to the high ratings on Yelp. I'm glad I did. The process went very smooth. The representative I spoke with was very open and upfront with me regarding my insurance. I have AllState and apparently they don't reimburse auto glass companies 100% for dealer parts. (I've got a 'luxury' car and I think they reimburse something like 75%?) I was made aware of this and that I would likely have an out of pocket expense. I decided to go along with the work when the rep told me they would go ahead and do the transaction with my insurance anyway, despite the loss. The work was scheduled two days later. There were two men that came to my house within the 3-hour window. Both very professional. They completed the work in less than an hour. I am very happy with this company and will try to refer them to others as well. My new windshield looks perfect AND I had a zero out of pocket cost. Thanks Blue Chip!
