  • My wife bought me a Vortex spotting scope for my birthday. It had obviously been returned and put back on the shelf. The one I exchanged it for was packaged entirely differently and is fine. I had to drive 40 minutes each way to make a return on a high dollar item. Not liking that. We will see how they respond to my complaint.
