  • Polarizing place. My wife and I came here on a promotion from Bass Pro For a 4 night stay for a very low price for Vegas. We stayed in a single deluxe room (A side) and would recommend that over the B side we toured during the required sales presentation (more on this later). Pros (Room and hotel) Large room with full kitchenette, two tvs, couch and chair Luxury shower (two person and great water pressure) Staff was very nice and helpful (talk to them for deals on shows and events) Cons (room and hotel) mattress was very firm making sleep difficult Couch and chairs were really uncomfortable Located at the end of McCarran Airport's landing strip..... so lots of aircraft noise Walls are paper thin. you can hear your neighbors quite clearly Wi-Fi claims 3-5mbps - slower than a 56k modem While you could walk to the strip, you are going to be walking through some real sketchy areas (witnessed a fight or two driving back and foreth) Vacation ownership presentation **Required presentation for us to receive our promotional rate** The presentation and associated sales pitch is for Blue green and takes 3 hours (they claim 2 hrs... but yeah... no) The presentation was fun and engaging, our salesman (James) was really nice, personable, and down to Earth. He was the soft sell. The hard sell was Kathi. She was a little abrasive/type A personality that just does live with me. Despite being the hard sell, she wasn't pushy when all options we're on the table and thanked us to listening. Overall, we left the presentation in a positive mood and might look into the Blue green world in a few years. Advice for people going into the selling portion. Be honest, if you can't afford it... you might be surprised at what they are willing to do to get you to buy. Alos, if you plan to say no, make it clear you understand the value and the opportunity, but can't afford it. They seem to respect that. Overall I would stay at a blue green property again....just not in Vegas due to the location, noise, and softs not being soft
