  • I had my AC serviced by Child last week. The technician was friendly and professional. He got everything fixed and went on his way. A little while later I realized the AC wasn't running... no power to it. I called and the technician came back within 30 minutes, apologized profusely and got it running. This happened toward the end of the day when he was probably finishing up his work day. I'm sure it was frustrating for him to have to come back, but you never would have known it. He was so professional.
