  • My mom and my sister went in this morning and after I heard the experience they had there was no way I could not be vocal about it. My mom took my 17 year old sister for a trim before her prom. My mom was vocal about how she was not thrilled about my sisters cut because it was not blended nicely. The "hairdresser" (don't have her name) says she forgot to pick up her scissors because they were out getting sharpened. umm are you kidding me...that is your job how do you only have 1 pair of scissors?! Then she tells my mom, "well if you think you can do a better job then why don't you just do it yourself." When I heard about this I called the store instantly to talk to the salon manager or whoever was in charge. I got an 888 number to call the district manager because the salon manager didn't work there anymore. The level of customer service is shameful.
