This is the most incompetent company I have every worked with.
I signed up for new service 2 weeks ago. After install I was having issues. Filled out my survey and received a call regarding my issues. This prompted my installer to call me. He proceeded to make 2 appts to come out and fix the issue and never showed up! I called to cancel. They apologized and convinced me to give them another chance the following day. I agreed.
The appt was 10-noon. At noon on the dot, I had not tech or call, so I cancelled.
I spoke with 7 reps and made 4 appts in a week and a half, all to waste approx 10 hours of my week and have nothing working.
I plan to file a small claims action to recover my hourly rate for those 10 hours of my life. It literally the principle of it!
Las Vegas has allowed a monopoly and this is the result! An unprofessional company that can do what it wants.
I would rather pay 500 for Huges net satellite equipment then endure the incompetence of cox cable !
