  • They constantly have their kitchen staff turn up and blast the rap music , till customers can't communicate. The majority of customers are well over 50 , but the staff and management don't seem to care what the CUSTOMER wants. If you plan on using the men's washroom , wear hip waders to avoid the urine soaked floor. This floor remains disgusting despite a recent renovation. They have had recent history of allowing nasty drunks on their patio , who have nothing better to do but threaten customers while they guzzle down booze. When posse or bums , cause trouble in the restaurant , the staff look away and allow bad situations to continue for months. The entire process of ordering a simple coffee and muffin is turned into a comedic long wait on most days. Go to A @ W or Tim's to avoid this hole.
