Does anyone else here feel a bit sick after considering the amount of waste being produced at these restaurants?
Plastic bibs, plastic bags, plastic gloves-- is this even necessary for these seafood boil restaurants to continue making good food?
My friends and I aren't environmental vigilantes, but in the time of climate change, it's obvious that restaurants should stop creating piles of plastic garbage.
If you're listening, Boil Bar, here's the real question: wouldn't your food taste better if it didn't come out of a steaming, greasy plastic bag?
