Updated Review: I wrote this review a year ago, they were seemingly under pretty new management, so it's time to update. I decided to edit this because I'm no longer a fan of this gym. I cancelled my membership a while ago for a few reasons. There's a blonde manager or owner who is in there from time to time, she seemed nice, but I noticed she was kicking people out early when she was there. When the gym closes at 9 pm or 7 pm already on the weekends, is that not frustratingly early enough to the people who like to work out late? It was unprofessional and bad customer service to be doing this every time I saw her in there (which wasn't very often, but if she's a manager or owner, my advice is to lead by example.) Kicking everyone out sometimes more than 10 minutes before close is unacceptable. She's not kind about it either. Also, there was a hidden fee in the summer for absolutely no reason. Upon signing up, you'd think it would be mandatory to verbally mention this fee not just sneak it in the contract. Very shady. This "gem" went from a 4-5 star business to a 1 or 2 star sham. Never going back unfortunately.
