I like the theme of this place, to me it's fun. In the theme of school, each table has a apple (for the teacher), the menu comes as lined paper on a clipboard, and there are what looks to be written pieces of homework in various languages used as part of the lighting.
Food was great too. I had the chicken and waffles and tried my very very best to polish off the entire plate of three pieces of chicken and three waffles (I almost made it). Really like the spicy honey they served with the chicken and waffles, it's a nice twist from your typical honey while keeping with tradition. I didn't even get to try anything else on the menu, our entire table ordered the same thing, that's how much we love chicken and waffles. Service is sweet and efficient. No complaints there.
Only downside was the drinks. My caesar was rather small for $11 and barely tasted of alcohol.
