  • I was given a Groupon as a gift to this Salon.. I scheduled an appointment, but had to cancel 5 hours before my scheduled time. They told me I either had to forfeit the Groupon or pay $50. Absolutely ridiculous. As a first time customer I had no idea of their cancellation policy... Not the way a business should be run especially if you are trying to get new clients..
