  • Lowering my original review. We are flooded again for the 3rd time in 2 years . This is not of our doing but ignored issues by either other residences or the staff I am not sure . Again another electric bill that will be double the norm to run the carpet blowers , another day off work and today I am trying to meet with the manager to discuss reimbursement for the power . PS there is mold growing on the carpet tacking now from the water damage .
