  • I found this place by buying a Groupon online. I have had laser treatments before and this place was very unprofessional and didn't seem to know what they were doing. I went to get my brazillian area done. I was left in a room and told to undress from the waist down. She gave me HALF a paper towel to cover myself with while I waited for her to come back. I was then handed cracked glasses and she just proceeds to start zapping! I practically came off the table. I asked if some numbing lotion was going to be used as every other place I have gone to has used it. She told me that it wouldn't work so there was no point in using it. So I gritted teeth and suffered thought the rest. It was so painful that I was in tears by the end. I am not a wuss, I have napped through getting that area waxed many times. Also, I noticed during that she holds the laser further away then I have seen other. Plus, and not to sound crass, but it is a brazillian, there are folds and you need to move stuff around if you get my meaning. She does not touch you at all. So there were a A LOT of areas that were just completely missed. As I am hobbling and walking bow legged out to the lobby, one of the other employees (a male) notices and starts laughing and making fun of me! There was another customer waiting in the lobby and I was just mortified! As I am checking out, my person decides to tell me that if I want the numbing lotion next time that it will cost $20 extra EACH session. I was VERY sore and completely swollen for about 3 days afterwards. I spoke to Groupon and explained what happened and told them I did not want to go back, so they refunded my money. Do not waste your money going here. Go somewhere where they are professional and actually know what they are doing. If I could have given them zero stars, I would have.
